Andi
The alterations that you've posted are quite skillful and continue to be very impressive. Thanks for taking the time to post here.
Concerning another release, do you think there is enough space to fit your running gear within a Scalextric McLaren M7C? It's probably my favorite F1 legend car.
Thanks,
Bob G.

Who makes the rear tires?
Do they come lettered as shown?

Those are the stock Scaley Rear tires on that particular model.
I think they can be purchased as spares though.

Actually those rear tyres aren't the Scaley ones which are far too hard for any performance racing.
These are Ostorero rear wheels and tyres. The one's off their Lotus 79. Electric Dreams used to stock them but I think due to low demand they stopped. In fact I once boought 10 sets of each from them in a cheap deal!
Otherwise just contact the Ostorero brothers through their website. They post from Italy which is pricey. If you order make sure you are clear you only need wheels and tyres otherwise they include the brass pieces from the Lotus kit which pushes the price up significantly..
Of course most of you there will be using PG tyres so you'll need to add the decals yourself!!
Cheers

Sorry lads my bad, they looked like the stock ones.
Thanks Andi for picking up on my error.
Asking forgiveness Dave.
I will now go and hang my head in shame and put a mark on the calendar
All the best
Bob
