I've already got mine. Had it for over a week now and it's very nice. Initially run with some PGs but the Super Tires really woke it up.

The newest Police are really Slot it car's. All of the part's are made by Slot it. Yes they are good runners I have not tried the newer F1 cars yet. The US distributor has sent them back to Slot it due to issues with the running gear. I have been told they are on their way back right now. On a side note this is the same thing that happened to the Gulf Aston Martin.

Thanks for the info Mike. So it sounds like it's best to hold off for a bit until they get the issues resolved with the running gear.

The issue was very minor. There was a tab for external engine detail that got in the way of the tranny and that made it slightly cockeyed. It was just a matter of removing that - about a minutes worth of work. Mine had a bit of drag in the front axle but that was remedied easily enough as well. The car looks and runs beautifully though its slightly slower than a Scaley down the straights. The Scaley has better punch coming out of the corners though the Policar/Slot it motor is easier to drive in the twisties.
For what it's worth, according to the photo, the car is about 80% Policar and 20% Slot it though not at all the policar of old. Spare part are readily available across the pond to remedy the SRC's shortcomings if you're so inclined.

Even though I have three slot.it F40s I will probably buy this new one. I hope they do some of the liveries Fly has made.

Got mine 3 weeks ago and it rips! I try to snap up all the classic F1 stuff, because thats my fav! Policar Lotus is game changing for club racers, tons of tuning.
Im still running on the stock rubber and wondering what Supertire fits?

Be nice if they ever arrive here at my locals.
The diagram says it's a 17 size wheel.
Double check with your caliper, but if so The Quick Slicks silicone tire would be
Slot.it 17x10mm
(CB59 - 1710210) 0.829''/21.05mm OD - 0.406''/10.30mm Width
Part number : CB59 - 1710210
