and PGT-21126XXD would also fit with a small concave dip in the center...

Front diameter 21 mm, width 10.5 mm
Rear diameter. 22.3 mm, width 11.2 mm
Width of the contact patch on each tire is slightly less.
The rear wheel has a diameter of 18.2 mm, so the Speed 6 and Speed 8 must be different cars. Sorry, I thought that you were referring to the Speed 8.
