I was just going to ask where these bad boys are. Can't wait to see what you think of them and see the race results. Well I know I'll be at the bottom but a lot of others will be moving around :)

OK took the cars out of the boxes this morning for a little shakedown. Here is what I found. 2 cars with deep wood guides will not negotiate Scaley Sport Track; Dave #29 and Steve #5. Steve's car only hits the wires under the controller plug in. Dave you guide drops in every hole in the Scaley groove.

Robert #26 your left wheel is falling off. I can super glue it back on.

So do we ship the cars to the next track or DNQ the #29 & #5? I could change the guides so I can run them here and then put the deep guides back on after running. Who is the race coordinator? What should I do?

I guess I could file down the guides but I would want owners permission.

I take a Dremel and cut about .040 off the bottom of the blade to work on my Sport track that's on my floor. Maybe do that on these?

Yes you read it correctly. Car handled well. Could be the textured paint in the turns causing it to grip vs slide. You had the fastest lap time in the outside lane of 3.37 secs.
