Strange - maybe it is a compatability issue with FireFox - but all I see when I click on the link is Rusty's site, with the Slot Car Corner ad and then a clear, black bordered box directly beneath it - tried right clicking in it etc and nothing? :(

OK - just tried opening it with Explorer and it works in that (and makes more sense now)... ;)

Opps, you forgot to check with the HRW Porsche scale police chief first , Lol :think: . I'm ok with it for the IROC RSRs proxy race and build. Of course anything is possible, how much $ more if I wanted a set for afterwards ?

Its a very specific application.. I don't think they will end up turning a set that has that lip in it..
Best I can come up with is a thin insert 'ring' once the resin wheel insert is already in place..
Something like their metal axle spacers, only a large enough diameter to fit inside the insert wheel perfectly.

I'll try to sort out something like a thin spacer. Maybe an easy clear vinyl shaded sticker would do? If its too much of a hassle or time consuming, I'll guess I can let it go...

I'm just razzin ya about letting it go.. There may be a slim insert spacer type thing that will give the 'look'..
but I doubt any wheel manufacturer will actually machine a wheel that way.. not universal enough~

Here's an idea… I'll take an interior flat photo of my Ninco 934 with driver, roll cage, etc. Each person can print on an ink jet and mount to a card stock.

BTW, now that you have the science.....there are a lot of Gullwings that are windowless :whistle: Just sayin'

Seriously, could you do a sticky on the vac-contraption, source for window stock, etc?

When I was doing 1/48 aircraft I had a friend that had an old Mattel Vacuform that would do canopies when the ones from the kit were too thick. I've often thought about trying to get one myself but as long as yours doesn't have a patent on it......
