OK - cool deal on the chassis option and the motor change - I needed to replenish my Dum-Dum supply! :D

On the decals - I would prefer that they either be Krylon or not coated. I typically use Dupli-color clear and had one bad reaction with Future coated decals - but have yet to have any issue with ones coated in Krylon - or like when I do my own black ones on my ink jet, uncoated and then just directly top coated with Dupli-color. :)
(but I can change if the consensus is otherwise)

RSR IROC decal location. I'm going to feel way more comfortable finalizing the decal sizing on a finished, painted RSR body. So, will wait to size and print these out until Dave is all dialed in and ready.
