I'm posting this in this section so it gets to the people in this area of the hobby .

I'm looking for enough ARTIN R3 track to make a complete 360 degrees circle . I want to add to my ARTIN sectional oval and make it 6 lanes .

Let me know if you know where there are any available .

Thx ,
Gonzo

Mikey ,

I need 1/32nd scale ARTIN R3's .

I thought I might be pushing it putting the post in this section . The reasoning is that more track builders might see it here than in the sale section . I need to expedite this build if possible .

Thx,
Gonzo

I didn't know that Artin made R3 curves in 1/32 or in 1/43 for that matter but considering that Artin did not made 1/32 scale for to long (2 years I think?) R3 most be pretty rare to get...

Too bad they stop 1/32 scale they seem to have a good track going , also too bad I didn't know about it back then although I think I wasn't back into slot cars then?

Anyhow good luck finding what you're looking for & I hope for you that the link that burad posted is not the only one out there?

The R3 and R4 turns came with the 4 lane oval set. You could could get the set on EBay for $90 up until a couple months ago. The seller has run out of them, I believe. You can still find Artin track if you use the search function on EBay.
I started with Artin track and it is an excellent track. Very similar to Carrera surface, but not as wide. Their pricing was great.

I think the 16 bucks or so is for eight pieces. Half a circle. You should be able to get what you need for under $35. The curves are pretty available. The straights are scarcer than hen's teeth, and pretty pricey. There is one seller selling whole layouts, but if you look closely at them, they only have one straight power section. The rest of the track is all curves. Artin is great track.
