Where are speed and brake settings stored in Carrera Digital? Are the settings stored in the car’s chip or are they stored in the CU, tied to the controller. If I program two cars with different speed and brake settings on two separate controllers and I then recode the first car to the second controller without changing speed/brake settings, will the first car keep its settings or will it change to the settings from the second car/controller?

Hi Bruce. The speed and brake settings are stored in the car chip, so changing controllers will not change the settings in the car.
The settings will remain the same until you reset them.

What if settings are programmed via SmartRace vs the CU. Does the car still hold the settings?
