I tried to download the Carrera Race App last night, but couldn't. Am I correct that the app only works with an Android system for tablets and phones?

Just the opposite, it's for Apple products. The downside is that each racer needs an Apple i device, I think.

I asked because I cannot find the app in the apple store. Also, on the Google site it says it is for Android. If anybody can direct me to a safe place to download this app I would appreciate it. Why doesn't Carrera put the download on their site? BTW, I will be downloading to a Macbook Pro. Thanks in advance.

John, the carrera app only works with an ipad or an iPhone or android mobile devices. Why won't it work on a Mac? I have no idea. Some apps are just like that.

At the moment the Carrera Race App is only available for iOS and Android devices.

PLEASE NOTE: Carrera AppConnect requires the connection of the PC Unit/Lap Counter to the Control Unit. The Carrera Lap Counter cannot be used at the same time.
