Posted: Fri Mar 13, 2015 4:31 amWay back when we still had all the snow and ice in Maryland (almost 3 week ago) MPR had a closure due to unfortunate circumstances.
Seems that during practice Track Owner Bob had an off track mishap in the last turn at MPR while driving his 1/24 AMT 1967 Nova.
Little did we know, Bob ran over a transformer (robot in disguise?) which ended up taking out power for the whole neighborhood. (Really!)
Proof is here...
Which unfortunately shut down power for the track that night. So no racing. But as you can see from the other post, MPR is back, better than ever!
