Special Gift Razor

Razor Jon presented me with this beautiful outfit yesterday for my birthday present.
It's funny as poor Jon has watched me use the original using only one side at a time. I am just stubborn in my old age and just take my time. I sand one side at a time until I get the profile I like and go to the other side.
So he gave in and made a custom Razor for me. :P

He shined it up good too! It has a built in axle system with bearings that allows me to do 3/32 or 1/8 size wheels.

Anyway, already tested it and it's one great addition to the old Skunkworks.
Thanks Jon, this is VERY nice and appreciate the effort.

Looks really nice. I particularly like the bearings instead of the v-groove cut on the arms. You'll have fun with that one.

That's great! I made an axle like that for mine, too, and used ball bearings the same way! But mine started out as a dual, so I had an advantage. You're gonna love it more than the original, and that's says a lot!

Im glad you like it Harry, you sure have done a lot for me :text-thankyouyellow:
I do not plan to build this type of Razor, and Stock it, but I can make it special order, will be more expensive than the standard Razor
I do have a single axle set-up I am building that can go on the Standard Razor and you would just super glue it to your V notch for a more rigid true
or just hold it on with the drive belt both ways will work.

I used 1/8 collars to keep my ball bearings in place, avoiding the need to do any real machinist work.
