Help with Race Coordinator

Maybe someone can help. I recently changed over from Lap Timer 2000 to Race coordinator and now only one lane is counting laps. I use photo cell sensors on the track and it connects to the printer port. I can't seem to find a correct setting. Any help would be appreciated.

If the hardware is all working then it might be just the race setting you have chosen in the software. Some modes only count one lane at a time. Using the menu across the top, find the Race set up tab. Go through this and set up your system for how you want to race.

Thanks. I also contacted Dave at Race Coordinator. He gave me some things to check. I figured I would ask here also to see if anyone else had encounter the same problem
