After building my table for a plastic Revell track I decided to pull the trigger and build a wood track, I got 2 sheets of MDF and had the lumber yard cut them at 4 X 5 then cut the 3 X 4 down to 2.5 X 3 that gave me a table of 5 X 11



I put 4 casters under it and when we route it we can wheel it outside, with both doors open we have 6 inches to spare, guess I should of made it wider :lol:

Nope, you won't regret it. As a matter of fact, I'm putting money that the big track gets changed to wood at some point ;)

John I had an rolling oval. Harry and I had a blast racing outside. David right about the jump from oval to road course, that's what happened to me. The bug does bite hard. LOL Jim

Yep, its all over now Jon...you will be routing a wood road course to go with it very soon.

Good to see it happening. I'd call that a decent birthday present
