Posted: Mon Jun 10, 2019 5:37 pmIntroduced my visiting granddaughters (8 and 13)to slot cars today. :D What fun. The 8 year-old is racer! Darn near drove the Chappy out from under its wing and quickly learned the joy of nerfing her big sister. It makes the extra bucks I spent on a variable voltage power supply worth every penny. Set it at 5 volts and let them have at it. A trip to the local shop to pick out their own cars is planned later this week. This has been the best reward for all the hours of work building the track.
