Great Customer Service

After a lot of internal debate I purchased 2 low production, HTF, kinda spendy for me cars from Electric Dreams. They showed in a few days which their service is always quick. Anyway, when I opened them the "black" one was fine, the "white" one had some issues (assembly related).
I emailed Jason at ED and explained what was up and he very quickly sent me a replacement before the other could have possibly reached him. I'm not sure he had to do that but it was the smoothest most hassle free transaction I think I've ever had.
Service like that is not too common anymore and deserves a mention for sure. I know I will absolutely go back again, too much cool stuff in that store!
