BOB--
Be aware that the BP meds are the most likely to be a problem for anyone. I went through four of them before we discovered that the same ingredient makes the lethal side effect that I always had. As it turned out, I could do without better than being on that crap. My BP is borderline, so I really didn't need to be on it anyway. I just take a nap every day, and the BP problem doesn't exist- barely. Get on the internet and look at the side effects of what you have been prescribed. Dr.'s today have no idea what to look for. There are dozens of drugs coming at them every week. Its up to you to save your own life with this stuff. Look it up and compare how you feel. My symptoms were a crashing low energy and slow heartbeat, but there are lots more. WebMD and PDR are good sources, and Mayo Clinic has good info too. My wife and I are long time medical folks (she's a 44 year nurse, for cryin' out loud!), and we were way ahead of my team of Dr.'s in finding the serious side effects of all 4 of the drugs they hit me with. Sure enough, I needed a daily nap. I'm still borderline, but I don't need the drugs and I do a daily BP check to be sure. I lost 30 pounds by cutting out beer (OMG!), and that helped, too.
