This is kinda carried over from the Slot Car Garage forum but since it now has paint on it I figured it belonged here. I wanted to try something different for this car and I think I was successful. I had originally planned to just paint it yellow with some white accents but I had it sitting next to my Slot It Toyota Taka-Q car and thought, yeah that's what i want to do. Instead of the normal yellow, white and black I used Krylon Citrus green in place of the yellow. Still waiting on decals to arrive but I got a coat of clear on it yesterday and figured I would share it in it's pre-finished stage.

Thanks Dave, it was a PITA taping it off for sure but worth it in the end! I'm a glutton for punishment cause I want to do another one with a different color combo... :lol:

Don't envy you on the taping side of things - but that made for a wild looking result! That should look down right impressive with the decals on!

I want to race it :) But looks like I need to get to the shop and start some serious tuning to compete with that.
