Hi,

I have a Ninco Classic Porsche 356 on order now. It's the car that I want to use to get my wife into the slot car hobby.

She has a 1:1 1965 356C cab that has a champagne yellow body, black top and black interior. So, although the Ninco car is a 356A speedster, I want to get the car (which comes with a red body and tan soft top and tan interior) re-painted in the colors of her 356C as an enticer to get her into what is, predominantly, a guy's hobby.

I don't have nearly enough skill to tackle this project and so I wanted to ask the members of this forum if there was anyone who would take on this project for me. I would appreciate it and would certainly be willing to pay for the work.

Her birthday is April 20th, so that's the date that I'm using as a target at this point.

Yes, it is. But, I think it's a little more buttery yellow than on the Mustang. I'll take some pics tomorrow and will send them to you in a PM.

Looks like Primrose one of the favourite colours of the Brits in the 60s.

There's something very satisfying in seeing paint soften and crinkle like that.

I like that paint stand. Is that your design Jeremy or did you buy it somewhere?

Looks very clean to me; and it's looking "yellower" than it was a day or two ago; even without the body paint.............

That soft yellow suits the old girl well.

That bathtub is looking great so far!

Is them fish eyes I see? Oh wait that is where the headlights go. :D
