Just a simple repaint. Used Krylon gloss black over a gray primer.
Stripes are automotive ones The General found at Auto Zone. I sliced them in half and used the narrow ones. Not too bad.

Stock running gear sanded, PG tires and B-Nova guide system. MT-1 classic motor with stock gears.
Had to do one like this of course. It fits in well with the others and will have something different on race day.

Did you put a clear coat of any sort on there? It's got a nice shine to it.

Thanks folks.
Yes, just one coat of Future (pledge). I brushed it on over the entire body, with glass installed. Buffed it with Johnson wax.

Harry it looks great! Um.....shouldn't there be a "JPS" logo on it someplace? I've always been a sucker for that paint scheme.
Do I already detect some "battle damage" to the white one? It appears to only have one driving/fog light!

I use my finger and just rub a light film over it.
Buff it out with a paper towel.
