Can anyone make me an image of this 'font' #56 ?
I tried in MS Paint and failed.. Maybe someone has a race number font that has something similar to this?
I'd like to replicate this number, style and color for one of my next builds..
Thanks!

As a possible option - if you have Windows 7 you can use the Snipping Tool program to create a picture of the number in the excel document and then send it as a jpeg that can be rescaled. Not the most convenient method - but a possibility... :)

Thanks for the 'word art' tip Bob.. I've never used that part of Excel before and the ability to make race numbers alone is just great!
ps. Todd, I just took a screen shot after I got the number looking like I wanted and pasted it in to paint for cropping and moving to
power point to make the decal sheet~ Worked like a charm.

I was going to redraft this in Illustrator so we could have it vector line art and make it any color, size we wanted. Glad you got it sorted.
Speaking of numbers, I'll be designing a generic set(s) similar to this style for scratch building.
Cheers, Thompson

Thompson,
When you do that sign me up for the number 54. I've looked all over for that style for years and never found it with the number 54. If your old enough, goes back to the old car 54 tv series. First driver I ever followed in stock car racing had;
Car,
54
Here I am
for the number on the side of his car. That same set up has been on all my 1:1 race cars since then. The edit on our posts has moved this when I put it up. The 54 is over to the right past the comma in car and the "Here I am" is to the right of the 54. The original design was a black outline with gold leaf for the center of the numbers.
