In-house I use an old HP 960C inkjet (600dpi) on Bel decal paper, white or clear and seal with Krylon crystal clear. The above decals were printed using a digital silk process which enables you to print white ink on traditional light blue paper, no clear coat sealing required and they like heat to conform to curves.
