state police decals

My first post ,I'm looking for 1/32 New York State police decals .My brother is a trooper and I would like to build him a custom car.I have Google and searched all over for them.Is there any body that makes custom decals like this to order ? Also I have a couple of Carrera Nissan GTR GT-500 plain white body kits I want to customize ,and a couple of Carrera Nascars I would like to do as well are there any other options than Patto decals .I would like the viny peel and stick if possible .I appreciate any help.
