SMELL ? What smell ?

Postby ecr » Sat Nov 23, 2013 10:38 am

Does not matter how good the spray booth looks or
how good the exhaust fan works, If it's real windy outside,
You MIGHT just fill the house with paint fumes when the booth BACK DRAFTS !!
NOT THAT I DID
I just read about it somewhere. :laughing-rolling: :liar:

The only way fumes will get sucked back through your spray booth is if the air pressure outside is a lot greater than the air pressure inside of the house. If you are really worried about backdrafts you can pressurize the whole house with one of those double window mounted fans that sucks air in.

NO CAN DO !a cracked open window at the far end of the room,is the best we can do !!
The outside temp is cold this time of year . ( only 30 F and less )
I'm moving 160cfm with my inline duct fan, this is a fair bit ,compared to a bathroom fan
The large drop in room temp would cause even more problems.
Just gotta wait for a less windy day.
Thanks
