RETRO / NEW AGE DRAGSTER
Posted: Thu Nov 13, 2014 10:09 amI'm wanting to build a new rail type dragster that takes on the appearance of a mid 60's slot car dragster . It will be heavy compared to todays standards but the look is "killer" on the nostalgic note .
Of course I'll have aluminum sides with lightening slots and holes and a this lexan skin for the to covering the cockpit and motor area .
I want to keep this look but NOW , I want to put newer , can type motor and either sidewinder or anglewinder drive train in it . It will have to be stout gear wize and a good motor .
has anyone tried this
