Not sure if this post belongs in scratch or 1/24th scale. I am sure Harry will remedy I am wrong.

In our GT1 class there are a diverse number of bodies listed as “legal” and they include many Group C cars of the 1980s, GT1 cars from the 1990s and the Enzo (We allow the Enzo because it is very inexpensive and easy to find). Although many have migrated to the Enzo, I don’t think it is “head and shoulders” above all others in the class. The Porsche 962 and the Nissan R390 GT1 have finished on the top step of the podium on several occasions. Our GT1 cars are powered by Falcon 7 motors and the plastic model bodies sit on the Scholer chassis. We have added custom brass side and front pans to the chassis to improve handling. The cars are very wide and have a relatively long wheelbase. They handle great and are very fast, rivaling some of our fastest scratch build cars. The Falcon 7 has little in the way of brakes so we are using a 10x54 gear combination in order to improve braking capacity. Below are some images of these cars.
