first scratch brass chassis in 30 years

UPS brought my k&s stock today,thought I would give it a try after all these years.Not much to look at,pretty basic so far.
need to add all the nerfs and bars yet,but it runs well and handles great,so I guess I have not forgot how.been wanting to do this for months,but
finding that old hanger frame really got me in the mood.
Parts list: Carrera vintage nascar axles and rims,goodyear frt tires Artin rear,motor from crappy green hornet kit,with Carrera pinion,guide is artin stocker spare,

Congratulations on the birth of your brass chassis....bring on the next one.

I have built quite a few and none have been the same.
Each starts as a creative journey in solving a sequence of problems that when finished makes me feel good.

I have had a few failures....no matter, unstick them and rebuild.

After a time some of scratch builds morph into new creations.

Keep building. As Dennis Samson said, "Life is scratchbuilding and scratchbuilding is life," at least I think he said it.
