Had a day off,got the chores done,decided to have a little play time..
Added the pivots to the pod:



Ground out the interior to let her in and added the rear pivot



Added the front pivot and fore aft stop..



Kinda all fitted together..

That is slick! Can't wait to hear how it runs / see a vid of it!

From the video, it looks like the pod conversion makes for a pretty easy driving ride!

That rocking motor pod should work well. That is effectivly what we have when we use a Slot.it type motor pod and put tape on the bottom of the car to limit the travel so there is only side to side rocking motion. It probably would be best if the front axle had no movement and all of the weight of the front of the car was on the wheels. You could experiment with limiting the rock and also try some body float.
