Ditto Marty.
And for the record, I like "Mr. Dremel" :)

I like this chassis build. It goes a bit farther but still basically how I build my drag type chassis for glue tracks.

Just wanted y'all to know that I have not dropped off the face of the earth.
In yesterday's mail, I got another package from David. Inside was a 37 Stovebolt Coupe and a 40 Ford Sedan.
I must say the 37 Chevy just did something for me. I sat and looked at it for the longest time. Then I made a decision. I really like that mold! It looks really, really good.
Of course, I just HAD to sit it on the 40 Ford Coupe chassis. Yep it fits. So I might just have to finish the build out with the 37 Chevy as the prime body.
Another thing I noticed was that there "APPEARS" to be room to put a sidewinder chassis and have the body fit right over that. Of course I have to verify that by putting one together, so this article might just get a bit longer. I think that would be a super Jalopy build.
Today is time to pull "Grandparents Duty" - just a fancy way of saying babysitting. But I love my grandkids and when I need to do that, why that is a priority with me. Then tomorrow is workday at our club. I have some driver's stations and wiring to do. So I won't get a chance to get back to the chassis until Monday.
Sit tight and I promise I'll be back bending wire and soldering brass here shortly.

Seriously, I wonder how many of "US" would be considered "Special" under today's Department of Education guidelines?
I would bet a higher percentage then the general populace.
