2mm axles?

I have some model kits that come ready to be motorized and they have 2mm axles. I also purchased a batch of them cheap along with bushings. Is there any problem with running 2mm axles, other than not being a standard size for parts swaps?

NSR had a few years and wheels for 2mm axles. I took them off my website because people kept ordering the thinking they were 3/32 or standard size.
