This is a 1/32 scale Revell kit I'm working on. It is running on a highly modified Scalextric Indy car chassis.Not sure what color to paint it yet.

Like the "moons" alot

I have a set meant for a 1/24 and keep trying how to make them work, been even eyeing some thumbtacks to see if they would be size right.

What are you using here?

HA HA!!!!! "Give me all your loving" is playing in my head when I work on it! I am going with black paint on this. Dundee, I got the "moons" at Micheal's Crafts. I'll post a pict of the package.

Well it's ready to hit the road! I painted it with Testor's gloss black lacquer, then clear coated. The grille was chrome foiled, as was other trim. It has a modified Carrera driver. The chrome head light buckets are from the spare's box. I still have to polish out the paint. The first test run didn't go over to well!

Looks great (thinking in his head "she's got legs.....") You never did tell us what the hubcaps really were.

Oh, concerning the last picture, to quote an old Dodge commercial: "Boy, you in a heap o' trouble!"

You did a great job. That is a nice kit that has all sorts of possibilities and you nailed one of them.

Thanks for the compliments everyone! The 'MOON" covers were made with these. The sell them at Micheal's crafts stores.There are plenty in a pack. There is a smaller one that would make nice "dog dish" caps too. For the full moon covers you have too sand a little lip off with a Dremel tool.
