...not the Tullius 1966 version. That is still a mess. This is the Ron Grable 1967 Dodge Dart that competed in most races in 1967:

Bumpers will be separate. Still sorting out chassis, etc. but the main work is underway. I am debating on closing the rear wheels to be correct for the 1:1 car, but still not totally decided.

Nice work and a unique addition to any Trans Am field for sure.

Just a few hours ago I finished mounting an RMS Cougar body I bought about 7 years ago on a homemade plastic chassis built around a SCX Nascar motor pod and axles. I'm hoping it'll be a nice racer when I add some silicone or urethane tires.

I'm wondering what Dave has in mind for the chassis for the Dart. Will it be a resin chassis, an extended Scalextric Mustang or Camaro chassis, or maybe a specifically designed one for 3D printing? What about a shallow interior tray like Harry makes out of a playing card? A complete one with dash board, steering wheel, seat, driver, and roll cage, it would make round out a nice kit.

Looking good, Dave. As a person that does fantasy liveries, I would say the rear wheel arches are fine. What chassis are you shooting for with this? Either way, you know I'm in for one! :text-bravo:

The dart body realty looks like it could be completive. I have the downer chassis ready . maybe for T/A 2 :auto-layrubber:

While it would be nice if you filled in that rear wheel well. I would be willing to bet that indented curve coming on to the lip would be a real pita to duplicate.

Hey David, Great job! You are a master craftsman. Looks like a lot of work has gone into it. I think if you can alter the rear arches that would make an awesome model an even more of an awesomer model :) I think only the Hemi Darts had those higher cut rear arches. Whatever you chose I'll buy one as I haven't built a 1/32 for years.

It's probably to late now but I'm guessing you based this on the Hemi Dart kit whereas all the other dart models has the correct dart arches for the TA version.
