I just took a flyer on a chassis I had sitting in my box, to see if it would fit the new SRC Ferrari.
The Chassis is a Richard Mack , which was made for the Fly March F1 originally.
Judge for yourself the look and size. In my eyes, it is a fit wheelbase and width even the single rear wing support. If this works , I am sure other chassis types will follow.

This is an inline Chassis and will require a little fitting , but the basics are all, there..

Your right John, so I was thinking about that, and considered thin music wire soldered to the chassis and running from the center , hidden under the nose wing like a t, then attached with adhesive of some sort.
Mind you this would only be for racing , I Wouldnt do, this for any other reason as the car is a beauty.

John I asked Richard to make this particular chassis up for the Fly March and it is very good. just so happens the measurements are good for the Ferrari too. I think the Brbham Bt Chassis Richard makes has the right wheelbase for the Renault, but is a tad wide.
Such fine chassis's though

It is fantastic. Perfect fit and way better performance than usual.
Well worth the wait and expense for a competitive chassis.

Just an add on here. Richard Mack just advised he is manufacturing a chassis for the Renault .
He is just awaiting the arrival of his Renault to get the correct dimensions.
All are custom designed and laser cut to a high degree of quality.
Just in case anyone else may be interested.
His web site is Richard Mack Chassis if you google .
