Nice one Bob.
It looks like one of the better representations of the real car
I like the wheels you have on it, they look period correct.
The only thing I dont see are the small side air intakes on the rear quarter, but I bet they could be made if you felt like it.
Great Car.

Bob , There were so many variations of this car, its hard to pick the correct details. here is another shot without the scoops, and some other small items. But you are so right, they would look great and I might add them.

It was 30 years after the fact when I first saw this version of the J-car. I only saw the one with the "pincers" up front that Aurora chose for the HO version. When I got the Strombecker car in a trade, I thought they had it wrong, until I looked it up! I think I used a Penelope Pitlane chassis under it. Have you seen how great that car looks at speed? There aren't many that look as good as that one when its mounted nice and low the way you did it.

Way to go Bob! Very cool build. You know, given the shape of the body I always wondered why they didn't nickname this one "breadvan" like the Ferrari. Going to look gorgeous when it's done!

Nope your right on Bob.
The second pic shows your model is even more true to life.
Coming along very nicely.

Loving this build. The Strom body is a good representative of that version. There are other versions than the Eldon with the pincers....I have always wanted one to have all three versions (with the Mk IV being the last).
Nice build........I like it!

Mr. Taylor,
Beautiful work on an iconic, though tragic car. A moment for Mr. Miles.
Thanks for sharing your efforts.
