Ways to get Dave's chatter back............!

As Paul Simon said a few decades ago...."there must be 50 ways to leave your lover"............!

Well, there are well more than 50 ways to get a nice chatter going in a plastic or metal chassis and since our good buddy, ShotGunDave, seems to have lost his chatter in this new-fangled torsion bar chassis that he's constructed, I thought it would be nice of all of us to give him a hand, so that he can find his chatter again.

I'll give him the first sure-fire way, and I'm counting on the rest of you to give him more.........many more. We'll just morph Simon's old lyrics into: "there must be 50 ways to get your chatter"............. ;)

1. run different tire sizes on your rear wheels.............!

Or you could install six correct sized o-rings on the wheels to give it that low rider look.

Drop some CA in the torsion tube in the middle, diddle. Lift one front wheel as it sets. Bets?

That should get his chatter back.

Independent front axles are popular now............but, be ahead of the curve........go to independent rear axles; you only have to mount the crown gear on one of them...............your choice............ :dance:

True the rear tires on the axle with a loose setscrew. Then tighten the setscrew and try to race! Don't ask me how I know this one... Don't ask how my race went last night either... just don't ask.. :oops:
