I believe that is the recent version of a red end bell. I have the same motor in my Gulf livery Porsche 962 that I bought about a year ago, If I am correct, it should be in the 21K speed range.

It is probably the 21K motor the newer ones have a brick colored endbell.

That is the current color of the "Orange Bell" 21k. The 30k Red Bells are a more "normal" red.
