These look like yet another variation on the many motors of this type of cheap, sealed can construction that are being used here in the USA for "retro" racing and other series. They come with many different names -- Falcon, Hawk, TSR, ect. The make doesn't look familiar to me, especially the dual vent hole design in the can. I personally haven't been racing with many of these type of motors in the past couple of years, but there are many in this forum who should be able to give you some useful info on this one, as they are very popular with many clubs and raceways.
I'm sorry I can't be as specific on this one as I was with the early Parma 16D. I hope I at least helped you out with that motor ID!

If I had to guess, I would say maybe this?
Slick 7 S7-588B Mini Brute FK130 motor

That is about the only FK-130 type that I could think of with two oval type holes...
No guarantee that is what it is - but at least the pics look pretty similar. :)
