There's a bunch of us old fogeys who remember those cars. I never saw cases like that, but they are a great idea from the days when a typical teenaged guy had two to five cars in the whole fleet. That was somebody's pride and joy that didn't get swept aside when they grew up and moved out. That's great- its the way it should be.

Why can't I ever find this stuff? That is super cool! I can't believe they'd part with something like that including the log and ribbons...that is history right there.

Glad you guys enjoy this stuff too! I want to pick up some repop tires for these. I think they are made by Ortman.
