Hi Reek, nice find, and a great looking car!!

I don't want to burst your bubble. but, Cox did not produce a 2E in 1/32 scale.........The body is a SCX 2E with what appears to be an early Riko chassis, with a wing and actuator either fabricated or pirated from a Cox 1/24 2E

Attached is a pic. (small, I apologize) of an SCX 2E.

PS I just dug up a pic. of a Riko chassis that is very likely the chassis under your car..........on your car the side pans on the Riko have been removed for clearance. In their day the Riko chassis' were quite potent, and with a bit of tuning they did very well, particularly in club racing..........well sorted, they can still easily hold their own today.

We were just discussing the body on our local forum and came to basically the same conclusion. I knew the chassis and body were not from the same company but now I know what the chassis is. Thanks Chris for the info, much appreciated. My track is buried at the moment but I'm going to give it a run Thursday evening at our regularly scheduled race.
