so far I have found that mixing it around 50/50 or so seems to work pretty well. It can be mixed with any type laquer thinner. Right now I'm using some thinner from work. It seems to do better than using the Sunnydale brand I use to use. Something else I have found is experiment with different air settings and distance you spraying from the car. I'm spraying with a single action Pasache H series airbrush. The .5 tip does pretty good as long as the flakes and pearls aren't great big.
I plan on modifying a tip and air cap to see if it will spray some of the bigger flakes and pearls. I'll let you all know
