I knew Frank, he used to race sometimes in West Newbury, Mass, at Bases Loaded. He was a tough competitor! I send my condolences. Unfortunatley the owner of Bases Loaded, George, past away back in August.

I got to race side by side with Frank more than a few times.
He was one of those guys that liked to push the rules at times. But he was a good natured fellow, always smiling and laughing, even when he got caught.
He did share his speed "secrets" at times, and was always willing to lend out cars for other people to use.
He fought hard against the cancer, but it got him in the end. We'll miss him around here...

I first met Frank & his brother Horace at Need for Speed, in Manchester, when it was still open. Both were better than average racers but I thought Frank was a bit better car builder. He always seemed to have some nice paint jobs. It was fun being around those two brothers. Frank, you will be missed.
