How did you think the track burgers and dogs tasted so good? :) That wasn't olive oil on those buns.

Did ya ever have those Nachos? How about the Frito Chili Pie? That was actually good ( kinda Texas only, I guess).

My favorite track food was the Hamburger with grilled onions on the top   .I can still smell them cooking on the snack bar grill right behind where I sat at Seekonk Speedway. In Ma.

Nice track starting with the paint job on it. The stands are the Artin ones - correct? If so, that is the best weathering and modification job I have seen on it yet!
Excellent work, but I'll bet I can't get a salad there - at least not one I'd eat ;)

Thanks for all the great comments! I think the track build is going well,at least I like it a lot. I will post more pictures if im not hamming up the oval section! I really didn't think anyone else would like my Georgia red clay dirt track color, but it sure is easy to see the cars.

Those coupes look great!
Are they 'Shotgun' resin casts? What kind of chassis, motor, wheel/tires?
I would like to see some more shots of those builds...

all the 34 based coupes are snaptite/snapfast? mpc bodies,as are the sedans. the 36's and 40's are palmer, one 32 ford 3 window is an old amt kit. I have not used any of shotgun daves resins yet,but would love to! they look great. You can fudge on the 34's by chopping the firewall area flat instead of tapered to kind of resemble other 30's era cars, just to mix it up a little.
