Nice pictures. Sounds like a nice way to spend Halloween.
What a shock! My truck stayed on the ground and was second fastest!?!
Thanks for hosting this fun run and posting up the pictures.

Looks like a lot of fun. I wish I could have made the time to do it, and I'm keeping my kits for next time!

Harry, got the purple people eater back, man not a scratch on it. You must have really been gentle with them

Had to make sure no harm came to the high rollers of the field :)
Glad they made it back safe and sound.
I think a Spring race might be in order?

The trucks look great! It would have been interesting to see the different chassis configurations. Maybe next time, if it's not too much trouble, you could post chassis pictures too? Anyway, I like this variety of uninhibited creativity!

Those trucks look great!
Sadly, there's never been this kind of a truck culture in UK. I guess Land Rovers, from the ancient and beaten-up to the modern and spectacularly over-equipped are our nearest equivalent.
You can buy American trucks from the 40s and 50s, but with our petrol prices, you'd have to just keep them on your drive and look at them;and that rather defeats the purpose.
David.
