Just out of the shops of the Tornado Chassis Co. a modern day USAC Champ Dirt Car, I've been wanting make one like this for awhile. I used a sprint plus chassis to start with, the tail is from a AMT Grant King kit, side panels are sheet plastic, hood is from a vacum form sprint plus body. Not sure how I'll paint this one yet or who it will be, got lots of decals to pick from and lots of ideas running through my head. Hope you enjoy the images and as always comments and questions are weclome, enjoy!

Looks good lee! Whats the wheelbase? Also
Does the rivets give flex or is the chassis rigid

Nice. Can you say a bit about the size of the brass rod used for the roll cage and what tools you used to bend it? Did you follow some sort of template to get the radius the same on left and right or match the two? Any other measurement for the cage?
