Olds Omega's aren't exactly getting top dollar these days so the boys thought it would be a good financial choice for their next oval racer in Dundee!

1/32 Lindberg on a Carrera COT chassis.

Who knows what the Boyz may come up with, only thing for certain is low budget!!!

Where the heck did you find a Omega body? Who makes the kit? Looks to be a cool build Denny!

Very cool. RMS made some resins one I built years ago.

Look forward in seeing your build.

The Boyz are liking the how the chassis is sitting on the Omega!!

Now on to paint colors, need to see what is sitting on the shelf and go from there.

Easy build thus far.

More the better Harry!!

Still thinking out the next phase, so great ideas.

Are yours the resin ones you talked earlier about?

Never thought I would see another Omega, fun stuff!!!

Yes, those are the cars RMS Resins made a few years back. Sitting on Artin stocker chassis.

The Boyz have been busy! It is really looking good so far! If you are interested, http://www.slotcars4u.net does a great number of decals for these specific cars.

I stopped making my resins of the Omega and Ventura when the Artin chassis dried up, but if enough folks (more than 10!) were interested they could see a comeback.

Sadly, I sold mine (and I can't remember to who!!!) and I'll never sell any of my resins again. I've regretted it from the moment I did it.

Can't wait to see yours done!

Aha! That's where they went! I thought it was you and couldn't remember. Glad they are still happily being raced!

Boyz decided on a "gothic" look with flat black and a yet be determined second 'color"

Already has that "bad" look to it (or as bad of a look as a Omega can muster up)!!!

Leadfinger your comment was timely.

Yes, lime green was a consideration, but the Boyz would never spend the money on Monster Energy and would never have put lime Green and Energy Drink together!!

So that color is our for sure now.

Back to the paint shelf...............

Boyz choose "De Ja Blue" for that second color to keep the gothic theme going.

Sponsors wanted to see some of their logo's to keep the cash flowing.

Still lots to be done but coming together now!
