58 Chevy Nascar
Posted: Sat Feb 18, 2017 2:18 pmI went to HL this am to pick up a few modeling supplies. I always check the clearance isle, as there can be some good deals. Low and behold, here sets this 58 Chevy kit for $8.99! unopened, and not damaged, I snatched it up like a Fat kid after some candy.
So, after returning home with my prize, and it raining outside, I decided to build the darn thing. I had built a 1/25 stinker chassis,but had not used it yet, so under the 58 it went. A little paint, and some decals from the cave, and I almost have a finished slot car.
Some CB steelies and PG tires.
A partial kit/ sheet stock interior with a cox driver figure.
Should be making some laps this afternoon if all goes well.
And Harry, your down about nine now, just for the record :lol:
