Friday Night Racing at Ascot

We held another Friday night race on the Ascot oval. Only three racers this time, but we had a ball racing both 1/32 and 1/24 scale cars. I had to kick the guys out at 11:30 PM so their wives wouldn't be too mad at me (the last time we raced they got home closer to 2AM). Here's some pics of the cars we ran:

















I have to say that I started out as a 1/24 scale hardbody enthusiast, but I've been having a lot of fun creating resin bodies for the 1/32 scale cars; they are quickly becoming my favorites. Thanks to you guys at HRW for the inspiration.

I was there! Super time! Great, smooth running cars kemtronRacer has built! The food and drinks provided by KemtronRacer were excellent! If you were not there, you missed a great time! and you should try and be at the next one! See y'all at the next one! :music-rockout:

I went to a motorcycle flat track race at Ascot one time when I was a kid. It must have been in about 65 or 66. Your track has the same feel to it that I remember.
