No problem. Slothead Racing enjoyed the holiday break and used the time to show off the Vette at some mall car shows. Yes, we should have spent more time working on the transmission and rear end setup, but we're suckers for attention and think we've gotten a few more race car groupies.
Next time you do a total time race like this perhaps you can handicap the times so everyone is equal. The last place car #130 Porsche has no handicap while the fastest car #9 Alfa Romeo gets a 21.51 second handicap (gets this amount added to it's time). The handicap for each car is the slowest time minus it's time from this race. This way if a car can beat it's prior time it should move up to a better finish, but if it has a slower run it will likely move downward. The outcome will depend on each car getting the most out of it's run, regardless if other cars are faster or slower overall. I see beads of sweat on the brow of the solo driver from knowing it's how well each car is driven that will determine the results.
