Just scored this double kit of the bay the other day. super nice kits with good detail. I still build 1/24 cars even though my track is down. These should make a couple great slot cars. I'll post some build pics soon.

I had ordered some indy car wheels from razor jon, looking for pg tires now. No luck! They should make some beautiful race cars.

I used some tires I got from Paul, they had a pie crust and you do have to stretch to get them on those Indy wheels but they work

These originally came from the old Merit kits.

I have chased a few of them because they are basically cool.

I have turned the Lago Talbot into a resin body kit of which I have only cast one...the screen post broke off as I was trimming the body out.
Shouldn't be an issue to rebuild a screen surround should it?

The shell cast nicely at 20.1 grams.
My next problem is to source a driver that is authentic....working on a couple of leads at the mo.

Great body kit John! The wheels Razor jon made for the monogram kurtis will work good on these kits, as will the driver figure from the monogram longshot dragster kit. he will need some work, but the basics are there.

Those wheels and that driver should work well.

There is currently a gap for suitable wheels and drivers for these Merit based kits.
I have a driver option I am working on and some PP wheels in hand but for future builds?

I am in full swing of Razor season and its a good one lol

Come July orders tend to slow down I will try and build 10 sets of wheels, if you have a insert in mind I will need that dimension
