Yes sir, right away sir!
Visited the home of a close friend who has a Carrera digital system set for years.
The action was pretty impressive. I'm not much into all the "bells and whistles" like fuel management, but the racing was fun as it should be. The voltage/speed can be adjusted where the cars are either very easy, or a challenge to drive. In box stock form we had a great time chasing each other around and the modern GT cars (Ford GT, C7R, Ferrari) were very evenly matched.
Having to pay attention to where the lane changes was challenge 1. Knowing where they are is important when you want to either cut in or get out of the way.
We used the stock thumb controllers and didn't bother me in the least. Some don't like them. They worked very well IMHO.
After racing both scales, the larger 1/24 cars were the stars. It was a sight to see these big boys go at it and the detail level Carrera has packed into them made it even better. Had a few wrecks, but they took it well enough. I see guys wrecking enough in analog, so do not see the difference.
