I got some Avant motors and tested them with my tach. Green long cans are turning 19.5 k and the orange long cans are 22.5 K @12 volts. These will be ok?

If the manufacturer's specs for both motors is equal to or less than 22.5 rpm at 12V, then they're both fine, Dan.
